Our Mission Statement
The MKY Guide strives to deliver top tier news day in and day out, without the intrusive nature of political agendas. We strive to only report credible facts by being honest and transparent in our work. We strive to show all sides of a story and present the information in a way in which the reader can draw their own conclusions. Our duty is to our readers and not the private interest of those who fund us. We will be respectful toward religions, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity and other demographics. When we make a mistake, we will correct ourselves and respectfully accept criticism from our viewers. If we are unable to report a partisan situation fairly, we will restrain from doing so and provide only the proven information from both sides.
Above all else, we will be honest in our reporting, we will be a trusting news source, and we will remain neutral as we present the news to our readers.

The MKY Guide is operated by motivated journalism students. Nothing can influence us more than our own desire to report the truth and the facts. We want you, the reader, to leave us with an open mind and detailed information.
